We are fairly along the path to finalizing the Centre Polonia design and engineering components. Through the combined efforts of the Project Team, we have successfully managed to subdivide and rezone the 3.63 acres of PHSE lands: 0.93 acres for Centre Polonia and 2.7 acres for future development. The City of Edmonton Council enthusiastically support our development and have since granted a Development Permit giving us the green light to continue to the Building Permit stage. On the funding front, we have received a $100,000 grant from the Alberta Ecotrust Climate Innovation fund for an all electric kitchen. We are awaiting results of two grant submissions we have made: one to Canada Infrastructure’s Green and Inclusive Community Building Program (potentially $11.2 million) and one to the Co-op Community Spaces Program (potentially $150,000).  The following are our tentative milestone dates:
